… der følgende betingelser, som er udstukket af studieadministrationen maj 2012:
Students can only sign up for reexamination immediately after the ordinary exam (i.e. in February and August), if they have participated in and failed the ordinary exam in the same semester, or if they have not participated in the ordinary exam because of illness.
Students who have not participated in the ordinary exam for other reasons will obtain a “U” (for absent/udeblevet) and are not allowed to participate in the subsequent reexamination. If the absence is caused by illness, the student must hand in a medical certificate to the Examinations Office no later than 8 days after the examination day or (for exams with hand in of written work only) after the submission day.
And what does it mean to participate in and fail an examination?
A student has participated in an oral exam, if he/she has been present in the examination room and has chosen a question or just said a few words. The student has then obtained the grade – 3 and may choose to sign up for the subsequent reexamination.
A student has participated in a written exam, if he/she has turned up at the examination and has handed in a piece of paper – even if nothing is written on it. The student has then obtained the grade – 3 and may choose to sign up for the subsequent reexamination.
This is also the case, when the exam involves submission of written work. If the Examinations Office has received the correct number of written work – even though nothing is written on it – the student has obtained a -3 and may choose to sign up for the subsequent reexamination.
